Out of the Blues

Anyone who skipped this concert thinking it was going to be just "Blues" style music was mistaken and missed out. Out of the Blues provided one of the most upbeat, lively and fun concerts of the year. It was a smaller crowd then usual for Freedom Park but it was a great time for all ages.

Many Special Guests

The group invited special guests of all ages on stage. Featured above is TV host Carla Page from Public Access Channel SACC 16 shaking her tamborine.

I'd like to keep VisitScotia.com neutral on political issues but I felt obligated to correct an error in today's Daily Gazette. In a letter to the editor Marcia H. Sykes included an internet address to another community fighting their proposed power plant.

Unfortunately, the address was printed incorrectly so I wanted to include a link here for those interesed. The correct address is http://pointofrocksagainstpowerplants.com/html/proposed_plant.htm
