Theater in the Park is the summer branch of the Scotia-Glenville High School Drama Club presented in association with the Scotia-Glenville Friends of Music. This year’s production of Leader of the Pack confirmed that our community has both an abundance of gifted performers and the support to make it all happen.

Our own Coors Light US Water Ski Show Team hosted this action filled competition held this weekend behind Jumpin Jacks. Teams as far away as Wisconsin and North Carolina arrived in Scotia to compete in this annual event.

Not many residents know that the Hollyhock is the official flower of Scotia. Historians tell us the Hollyhock was chosen because it takes two years to flower. Apparently it also took two years of work to establish Scotia as a village in 1904
