It was a beautiful sunny May 1st as Scotia Little League introduced its finest ball players. You could feel the excitement in the air as the first games of the year began.

The support of the community for its Little Leaguer's was clear. Turnbull Stadium filled to capacity with family, neighbors and friends.

The 1st Annual Glenville Corporate Olympics held its canoe race on Collins Lake.

The competition was fierce but not everyone was off to a clean start. The lake water was still a little chilly and movitated everyone to stay in their canoes.
